Credentialed External Treating Dentist Referral (Credential external dentist performs treatment at Tiny Tooth Office and Tiny Tooth performs anesthesia).

Mobile Anesthesia Referral (Tiny Tooth provides anesthesia at referring dentist office, while referring dentist is performing treatment).
